Terms & Conditions for bdtbaji

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the bdtbaji platform — including its website, mobile interface, and any associated services — you enter into a legally binding agreement with bdtbaji. This agreement is constituted by these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of bdtbaji and, if you have already registered, request closure of your account by contacting the support team at support@bdtbaji. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.

bdtbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notification to players. Amendments will be published on this page with the revised effective date. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of bdtbaji is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion they access the platform:

bdtbaji takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. The platform employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may request documentary evidence of age — such as a national identification card, passport, or birth certificate — at any point during a player's use of the service. Players who fail to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the requested timeframe will have their account suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all account balances. bdtbaji reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided by players at any time.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bdtbaji account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bdtbaji support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bdtbaji will never contact you by email, live chat, SMS, or any other channel to ask for your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from bdtbaji that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@bdtbaji immediately.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdtbaji. If it is discovered that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — bdtbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void any bonus funds or winnings accrued across those accounts. Deliberate multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or exploiting promotional offers is treated as fraud.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtbaji supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

bdtbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion prior to its modification or withdrawal will be subject to the terms that applied at the time they claimed the offer, provided they have not yet breached those terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bdtbaji, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the spirit of fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdtbaji and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account using false, misleading, or another person's personal information.
• Allowing any other person to use your account, or using another person's account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not sanctioned by bdtbaji.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting event or casino game offered on the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use bdtbaji to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtbaji staff or other players through the platform's communication channels.
• Posting or transmitting any content through the platform that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the bdtbaji platform, its servers, databases, or administrative systems.

bdtbaji monitors platform activity continuously and employs fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct. Players who suspect another user of engaging in any of the above behaviours are encouraged to report their concerns to support@bdtbaji. All reports are investigated confidentially.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on bdtbaji — including but not limited to the platform's design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game content, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of bdtbaji or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt). All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdtbaji platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• The platform will be continuously available or free from technical errors at all times.
• All information published on the platform is completely accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.
• The platform will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful code (though reasonable security measures are maintained).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities caused by technical outages, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond bdtbaji's reasonable control.

bdtbaji's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit bdtbaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
